Sized drawings

2D drawings are directly issued from 3D CAD models including all necessary indications for a perfect manufacturing, control and assembling.

All technical data including assembling specifications are grouped together in a complete technical file.

Different standard machine tools enable the development and manufacturing of protoypes within a very short time.
In order to make solutions come true, we achieve validation prototypes using either the quick prototyping technique or by machining, depending on the type of parts.

The mounting and assembling of modules or complete instruments are performed in order to check and validate the different solutions.

Together with our partners, we follow up the design and manufacturing of various production tools in many fields such as plastic injection, sheet-iron works, all materials machining, thermoforming, melting, etc.
We also validate pre-series and series manufactured with the production tools and instructions.
